Vibrator Review: LELO Ina

Written by Scarlet Lotus St. Syr

Ina is remarkably similar to Mona, in fact they came out at the same time and are nearly identical except Ina is a dual-action vibrator and therefore has an additional arm jutting out from the top of it designed to hit the clit. I’ve not reviewed or experienced too many dual-action vibrators, I tend to steer clear of them since they are so anatomy dependent and usually not made out of silicone, but my LELO fetish made Ina impossible to resist obtaining. My quest to own every LELO product would not be put aside simply because of the possibility of Ina not lining up with me perfectly.

At first I was mildly indifferent to this toy, thinking I would love Mona more and that no LELO item could top my beloved Gigi. I knew Ina would be gorgeous and wonderful, still an amazing pleasure object simply by nature of being made by LELO, but since dual-action style vibrators are so anatomy dependent I wasn’t sure it would work with me. I was encouraged by other reviews of it, as it seems to be one of those toys that either works for you perfectly or is an absolute failure, and I had to find out which it would be for me. Ina exceeded all of my expectations and then some.

Like all LELO toys Ina comes in a fancy black box with a sleeve over it that matches the color of the toy inside. I had thought I wanted a purple Ina, but upon receiving my lime green Ina I was instantly in love with the color. The box contains the toy, a charging cord (all LELO toys are rechargeable), a multi-language instructional booklet, a one-year warranty, and LELO’s 10-year quality guarantee. If anything goes wrong with Mona within ten years after purchasing LELO will recycle Mona and give you 50% off your next purchase.

Ina’s controls are the newfangled design identical to Mona and Siri. There are four buttons arranged in a diamond near the bottom of the toy: an up arrow (top), a down arrow (bottom), a plus button (right), and a minus button (left). The plus and minus buttons control the intensity of the vibrations and the up and down buttons control the vibration type. As I already mentioned, Ina is rechargeable. When plugged in the buttons of the toy flash white and turn solid when Ina is fully charged. If you use Ina to the point of a nearly drained battery the buttons will conveniently let you know of this by glowing red when you try to turn it on.

Like all of LELO’s newest vibrators Ina is stronger and less buzzy than it’s predecessors. One of the noteworthy things about Ina’s design that is becoming more and more common among luxury sex toys is there are two separate motors inside of it, one in the insertable shaft and the other at the tip of the clitoral arm.

Ina has eight vibration settings which take advantage of the double motors with patterns that shift from one motor to the other. For the most part I just use the first setting, a constant vibration in both the shaft and the arm. The other vibration settings are: vibration mostly in the shaft and a little in the arm, vibration mostly in the arm and a little in the shaft, alternating pulse between arm and shaft, in sync pulse in both, a rollercoaster vibration in both, a second rollercoaster-type vibration that is different in a way I cannot explain, and a vibration pattern I can only describe as random pulses that kind of sound like a song.

Luckily the clitoral arm is super flexible, otherwise I would not like Ina at all. After inserting the shaft I have to bend and flex the arm to get it in the right position, if I just left it where it falls naturally I would get absolutely no clitoral stimulation at all and if that was the case I would simply use Mona instead. I say “luckily” because once I do get Ina positioned correctly it takes me nearly no time at all to have a wonderful hands-free orgasm.

This is the beauty of Ina. The arm, being positioned correctly, inserts an unbelievable amount of pressure. I love pressure in all things clitoral (except my Eroscillator) and I love Ina’s pressure. I love having something inserted and something on my clit and Ina is the only toy I own that does both of these very well and simultaneously. Does this mean Ina is my favorite toy ever? No. That honor is happily bestowed on the Eroscillator. It does mean, however, that Ina is amazing, compact, and a great dual-action vibrator and Ina is my favorite LELO toy. And that’s saying something.

Because Ina does everything it is also not the best couples toy, assuming your partner wants to be doing something to your genitals at the same time. If that’s not an issue then just forget I said anything.

As I already mentioned, the downfall of dual action vibrators are that they are so anatomy dependent. Ina will either work perfectly for you or not at all, and which one it is is nearly impossible to determine without trying the toy. Because of the flexibility in the clitoral arm I do believe Ina has a wider range for working with bodies than most dual action vibrators, but it may be a bit of a gamble if it will work with you or not.

Much thanks to Trystology for sending me the LELO Ina to review!

Lube Review: Swede Silicone Supreme

Written by Scarlet Lotus St. Syr

Up until recently I’ve been a water-based lube kind of person. For the longest time I eschewed silicone lube because of my fondness for silicone toys (since when silicone lube and silicone toys mix there’s a great possibility that there will be a chemical explosion that will destroy the toy forever! By which I mean, it will warp and/or melt the silicone and make it tacky and gross and essentially unusable). However, my acquisition of more metal sex toys recently as well as my love of glass toys and a fondness for longer lasting lube than most water-based lube will deliver has lead me to Swede Silicone Supreme.

I recently reviewed Swede Aqua Comfort which comes in the same bottle that’s nearly the same color but is water-based rather than silicone-base. While I wasn’t much of a fan of the Aqua Comfort lube itself I was blown away by the bottle. I love pump-style bottles on lube, they’re so much easier to use in the middle of sexing than flip-top or any other styles.

These are especially awesome because they come with not one but two ways to help reduce the risk of spillage: the top turns 90 degrees to lock and there is a cap to put on the top, both of these do not allow the top to be pushed down therefore no lube can come out. Brilliant? I think so. I’ve already lost the cap since it’s a pretty tiny little bit of plastic, but that’s okay because I can still lock it. It’s good to have a backup plan.

As for performance, I think it is excellent. However, I don’t have too many other silicone-based lubes to compare it to. Or, two to be exact, only one of which I’ve reviewed. I’ve used a few different types of silicone lube packets in the past but not consistently enough to give a great comparison. This does seem a little bit thinner than other silicone-based lube I’ve experienced, though not by much, but it works exactly the same as far as I can tell.

However, compared to water-based lube it excels in multiple areas. Although it is thin like many water-based lubes it is silky smooth, lasts for an extremely long period of time, and it will never get sticky. This also means you don’t need as much of it as you would water-based lube so the bottle will last longer as well. It doesn’t feel as natural as water-based lube, which I don’t like as much, but it’s not a deal-breaker. It also doesn’t contain any glycerin or parabens, those chemicals I usually rant about in water-based lube reviews.

Although it doesn’t have much of a smell or taste I would recommend staying with water-based lube for oral sex and primarily using silicone-based for vaginal and anal. Mostly this is because of the consistency. Since silicone lube is long lasting it can be long lasting in your mouth and leave it feeling kind of odd. Again, not horrible, but just kind of awkward and not pleasant. It’s especially perfect for anal, however since you don’t have to worry about it drying out at all.

Overall, it hasn’t become my favorite lube ever, but it’s definitely the first silicone lube I reach for when I’m looking for silicone lube. It hasn’t eclipsed Sliquid as my favorite brand, but it has convinced me that I need to get my hands on more silicone lube.

Mystic Wand Attachment Review

By PrettyPowerTools

With bulbous-point precision, the Mystic Wand is able to rock you in yet another way.

That’s right, peeps! This amazing cousin of the Hitachi, now available at Trystology, has its own hat to tease you with. The attachment is meant for g-spot stimulation and also has a little nub to tease your clit if it should fit you in the right way.It fits on the rounded head of the Mystic Wand very snugly, so there is no worry of it slipping off.

Unfortunately, the cute, awesomely tingly-looking nub didn’t reach my clitoris. *cry* But…The g-spot bulb was able to pin-point my clit in a way that the natural head of the wand couldn’t do.*wink* that felt gooOood. It was almost like having a super-strong vibrating nose tickling you to tip-top pleasure.I’m sorry; I didn’t even tell you that the bulbous end acted just perfectly as an internal titillator! Too busy playing with it and shoving it in places that it wasn’t intended to be shoved…Any who, yes! It’s an amazing attachment; it COMPLETELY transfers the vibrations of the wand oh-so-well and doesn’t take away from the Mystic’s powerhouse of energy.Thank you to the Orgasm Gods of Vibratex for the attachment!*heart*

First off, I have to suggest that you purchase the Mystic Wand. I don’t care if you don’t want the attachment. You need the wand. After you press the *on* button on your new wand, you will turn *on* your love for it. Then, once your love is forever-*on*…You can find ways to give back to your wand like it gives to you. For all you know, she wants this attachment…its Vibratex’s latest hat. She’s pink or she’s black, either way; get her this silicone-rubber-rooster-looking hat.

Review: Afterglow Toy Tissues

Written by Scarlet Lotus St. Syr

The Afterglow Toy Tissues are extremely convenient antibacterial toy wipes. While they include ingredients I would shun a lubricant for including I can forgive that mainly because I always wash my any toy in between using an Afterglow and using it on a person again to be on the safe side, but I always wash my toys before using them anyway. There is also a question as to how much of these ingredients are actually left on the toy, but since I don’t know I like to err on the side of caution. I would definitely not recommend these being used for anything other than toys, they are not meant to be personal freshness wipes or any of that nonsense. For toys, though, they work wonders.

I’ve used these tissues on most body-safe toy types: silicone, metal, wood, glass, plastic, elastomer, and also elastomer/TPE, TPR, and jelly. None of these materials react negatively to it, and they all come out cleaner than before. It even gets cat hair off of silicone! If you have a cat and a silicone toy you know what I’m talking about. I don’t think these should be used in place of a good soap and water rinsing, and especially not to replace complete sterilization, but they definitely do their job and clean your toy for the time being. If you are the type who does not immediately get up and wash your toys after you use them (like just about everyone I know) these definitely have their use.

Prior to receiving this product to review I had experienced another pack of these which ended up getting opened in the back rather than in the front. The package has a resealable flap on the front to keep the moisture in and not dry out the individual tissues. Since this pack was open in the back rather than the front all of the tissues dried out. I was still able to use them by wetting them first and they worked well, but they were nowhere near as convenient. This shouldn’t happen if you make sure to reseal the package. Use my tale as a cautionary one, make sure to always reseal the package before storing to ensure the longest life possible for your Afterglow Toy Tissues.

This current batch of tissues I have now are individually sealed which is far more expensive than the multipack (about 3x as much), but minimizes the risk of drying out the pack before use. It also uses more plastic and comes in a cardboard container, both rather wasteful things. When purchasing in the future I would definitely go for the multipack.

The best use for these is quick cleanup while in the afterglow of an orgasm. No question that is where these toy tissues get their name from. They are highly convenient for cleaning off toys without having to leave the bed, couch, floor, or wherever you happen to be. For those of you not concerned with chemicals in them you don’t have to wash your toys every time after using these, you could skip a wash or two and simply use these instead since they are antibacterial. You could also use them prior to playing with your toys, especially on silicone to get all those little things silicone loves to attract off easily and quickly. They are also excellent for on-the-go fun, should you be somewhere you do not have convenient access to running water.

Overall, I love these, and use them just about every time I use a toy. Which is to say: a lot.

Simply Blown Silky Glass Dildo Review

By @ Amber St. Clare

It was lust at first sight when I saw the Simply Blown Silky. This dildo is gorgeous! I’m a big fan of glass sex toys, and to me, you really get what you pay for. I refuse to use cheap quality sex toys, especially low quality glass toys, so I’m very picky about my choice of glass toys. Let me just say, that I adore Simply Blown! They are one of my very favorite glass toy brands. Their toys are stunning to look at, feel fabulous and high quality in the hand, and feel sinfully sexy in the body! I recently tried the Large Silky, in the pretty Amethyst color. This dildo is one of my prettiest sex toys. The purple color is bright, the purple glass is slightly domed beneath a layer of pure clear glass, and it makes the glass on the surface of the toy looks so gorgeous! I also love the packaging that the Simply Blown Silky Large comes in, the box is quality, not cheap at all, made of a firm and thick box with a little peep-show plastic window that you can see the toy displayed through. The toy is cradled by a thick foam that holds the toy in place so it doesn’t move around in the box.

Since the to is glass, it can be cooled down in the fridge or warmed up in a bowl of warm water. Also, since it’s seamless, and completely glass, it’s waterproof, and is easy to clean. It can also be used with any type of lubricant of your choice, including silicone lube. The tip of the toy is rounded, and the shaft head and base of the toy is completely smooth. The base of the toy is flat, so the dildo can sit up right on a flat surface, and the base is also flared so you can use the toy safely during anal use if you wish. This dildo measures in at 7.5 inches in length and 1.5 inches in diameter. So it’s definitely a large sized dildo, perfect for those who enjoy the feeling of toys that fill you up. Since this toy can be used for vaginal or anal use, this leaves your clit free for some other sort of stimulation, so don’t be shy about pairing this dildo with your favorite clit vibe for some extra fun I also think this toy would be fabulous for couples play, and the toy itself is so pretty that it would make a great gift for your lover.

I adore this dildo! I had an awesome time teasing the round end of the toy against my clit. The silky smooth feeling of the glass was tantalizing on my naughty bits. Also, with the super smooth glass, it made the lubricant not only longer lasting but also a little lube goes a long way with glass toys. The toy is definitely big and doesn’t have a tapered head, but after warming yourself up with some foreplay or a little self love, it’s a lot of fun to slide the Silky inside of your vagina. I liked the feeling of the cool glass inside of me, the toy warmed to my body temperature quickly and the flat base of the toy made the dildo easy to grasp and thrust. The dildo is a little heavy, as it’s thick glass, but not so much that it made my hand sore. It fit nicely in the palm, and the weight of the toy just added to the sensations. You can angle the rounded tip of the toy to tease your G-spot, or use the toy for shallow or deep thrusting. I’ve yet to try this toy anally, but as it’s a but too big for my intermediate booty, but maybe someday this toy is becoming a favorite of mine. It’s pretty, it’s sexy, and it makes my pussy feel awesome! Such a high quality product, and I can’t wait to try even more Simply Blown toys in the future.

Want to drool over your very own gorgeous Simply Blown Silky? If Amethyst purple isn’t your thing, the toy also comes in Ruby red, Aqua and Emerald green. Also, if Large isn’t your thing, Simply Blown carries this dildo in a Small and Medium size too! Get yours now at Trystology!

Jimmyjane Massage Candle Review

Written by Scarlet Lotus St. Syr

The Absinthe + Sugar Water Ember Massage Candle by Jimmyjane is a limited-edition scent. Like all of Jimmyjane’s massage candles it is a soy and shea butter based candle free of paraffin, lead, and the normal nasty chemicals I like to mention. It rests inside of a beautiful porcelain container that has a pour spout in one corner for ease of use. The Jimmyjane logo is etched in the lid which is made to be turned over and used as a stand for the candle to rest on while burning. It says it will burn for up to 72 hours, but I’ve burned it for quite a few already and have hardly made a dent in the amount of wax.

It comes in JimmyJane’s traditional white box with a silver logo and black and red accents. It is well padded inside and also includes a little instruction booklet. I was confused to find that the ingredients for the Absinthe + Sugar Water scent specifically were not listed in the instruction booklet, assuming because it is a limited edition item. I contacted JimmyJane directly in order to get the ingredients list below.

One big negative to the candle, and the only one I’ve really found, is that if you’re in a hot area or it’s a hot day the massage wax has a tendency to melt on it’s own. This is pretty normal, however, for massage oil candles, since they have a lower melting point than most candles. This does mean that the “wax” can be used as a balm, moisturizer, or even a solid perfume oil if you love the scent so much, and I do.

I was worried that the Absinthe + Sugar Water scent would be too strong of a licorice (or fennel, really) scent, since that is the most predominant taste of absinthe, but the combination of fennel, fig, lemon, and wormwood combines to be a subtle yet spicy fragrance. I’m not big on licorice and while there is a hint of licorice-like scent it is not overpowering or distracting for me. I actually really love the way this candle smells.

The wax is smooth and silky, it doesn’t feel greasy or tacky or weird like some massage oils have the tendency to do, but rather sinks into your skin and makes it that much more soft and deliciously scented. It’s a perfect massage oil when melted completely and the pour spout makes it super simple to apply.

Review: Tunti Illuminating Boudoir Toybox

Written by Scarlet Lotus St. Syr

All lit up in the dark.

As I mentioned in my last review of The Original ToiBocks I recently spent a few months living with my father. During this time I started really understanding the need for secure and discreet sex toy storage. While I really enjoy the product I reviewed yesterday and these both are toy storage they are also radically different. Well, maybe not radically, but definitely quite different. The Tunti Illuminating Boudoir Toybox is still discreet, but not trying to be a dresser, nightstand, or bathroom item like the ToiBocks. Where the Tunti shines (no pun intended–more on that in a moment) is as a secure and solid transportation and storage device.

The Tunti is hard on the outside and soft on the inside and looks much like an expensive camera case which is actually the base of the design for the toybox. Or perhaps like something James Bond would carry around and whip out a camera, gun, bomb, or some clever gadget from Q. Either way it’s pretty classy. There are no markings on the outside of the box to give away what might be stashed inside of it. It opens with two latches on either side of the handle, both of which lock, and comes with two identical keys (I keep one on my keychain at all times and one in a drawer).

What I love about it probably more than any other feature is the row of LED lights it has on the top side of the case, hence the “illuminating” part of the name of course. These make it very easy to see every inch inside the case, not to mention in a dark or dimly lit room. It’s so easy to find exactly what I’m looking for, and should I need to reach for something in a dark room I don’t have to fumble around or turn on a light to get to it. I like this a lot.

It has a mesh pocket in the top side of the case which I think is perfect for lubes and massage oils (as you can see in the images). A pink plastic divider (shown below but not in the image directly above) separates the top and bottom halves keeping your toys free from mess in case any of the liquid spills. It’s pretty perfect, really, although I would prefer another color for the divider, but that’s not a big deal. The divider is the only place that has any indication of the company you purchased from, so for an added measure of security (if you were to use this case for something other than sex toys, for example, and you didn’t want it to be associated with sex toys) you could not use the divider.

One downside of the divider is it makes it so some toys won’t fit into the case, or the divider will sit unevenly in the case. Basically anything with a large base or body that exceeds approximately 2 1/2?. Many Fun Factory dildos have triangular bases which don’t fit, and anything large won’t fit either. However they can fit without the divider, and most toys aren’t that tall.

The little box at the bottom of the right hand side of the top section of the case holds the batteries for the LED lights, I like how it blends in with the case and doesn’t really look out of place. I would love to have more of these little compartments across the bottom to hold spare batteries as well, I think that would be an excellent addition to the case. The only downside of the illumination and batteries is there is no on/off switch, basically in order to turn off the LED’s while the case is open you have to take the batteries out. Again, this isn’t really a big annoyance, just a minor one, but the battery-saving option of an on/off switch would be nice to have.

Battery compartment!

My other favorite feature, and the one that makes my inner obsessive-compulsive perfectionist squeel with glee, is the ability to customize the layout of the bottom section of the case. The only things that are not customizable are the horizontal divider right in the center and the mesh pocket at the very back. The rest, the three vertical dividers and one horizontal divider, can each be moved around however you see fit, so you can make sure the slots fit the toys perfectly to avoid unnecessary rolling around and the potential to chip glass or mush into unwanted materials such as silicone to TPE.

There are eleven toys. Can you name them all? A lot of these I haven’t reviewed yet.

Because of the mesh pocket at the top it’s easiest to use the vertical dividers on the bottom half of the case, though not impossible to use on the top half. I thought a couple of pictures illustrating a variation would show this best, so as you can see I chose some of the same toys and some different and most of the dividers that can move are in different spots. It is ridiculously easy to use the dividers, just slide them into place in the slots on the sides and they fit in perfectly. The dividers and sides are made of foam, but pretty sturdy stuff, and don’t bend or crease very easily.

Organized slightly differently, now there are fourteen toys.

Because of it’s wonderful portability, stability, and organizational properties I am in love with The Tunti Illuminating Boudoir Toybox. It is definitely my favorite sex toy storage device, though I do have two six-drawer organizers for most of my toys and a few other storage options. Thank you so much Tunti Enterprises for sending me your Illuminating Boudoir Toybox to review!

Lube Review: Sliquid Swirl Blue Raspberry

Written by Scarlet Lotus St. Syr

Sliquid Swirl Blue Raspberry is very similar in texture to Sliquid’s Original H2O with one big difference. As one would guess from the name, this Sliquid lube is flavored. Sliquid Swirl only has two additional ingredients that Original H2O doesn’t: Blueberry & Raspberry flavoring and Aspertame. Unlike many other flavored lubes it actually tastes pretty good.

Like all of Sliquid‘s lubes it is both glycerin- and paraben-free so it is completely body-safe. Why should you care about glycerin and parabens? Well, glycerin is extremely genital unfriendly. It is a sugar derivative and any sugar on or in the cunt can lead to yeast infections, especially in those prone to them. It is also used as a suppository to prevent constipation, in other words it can give you the runs. Definitely not sexy. Parabens are endocrine-disrupting chemicals and can disrupt the reproductive system and are associated with a number of cancers as well as liver toxicity. There are plenty of other evil nasty chemicals in other lubes, especially commercial ones, and Sliquid lubes are happily free of them all.

The lack of glycerin also makes sure the lube will never become sticky. All Sliquid lubes are also hypoallergenic, non-toxic, non-staining, vegan, and compatible with all types of condoms and every sex toy material. They even have an Organics line, but do not currently have any flavored organics lubes.

Other flavored lubes I’ve tried either leave a funny aftertaste or smell divine but lack taste, Sliquid Swirl Blue Raspberry, however, actually both smells and tastes good. The flavoring isn’t overly sweet or overpowering, doesn’t have that weird fake sugar aftertaste despite being made with aspertame, and is a pleasant addition to already wonderful lube.

The only other flavored lube I’ve liked the smell and taste of was incredibly thin so you would have to reapply and reapply and reapply it while using it. Granted, most water-based lubes need to be reapplied at some point in long sessions, but the thicker they are generally the less they need to be. Comparatively, Sliquid Swirl is more like a gel than a watery lube, though they do have a much thicker self-proclaimed gel lube in both regular and organic versions.

Flavored lube is excellent for oral sex of any kind, especially if you are planning on any oral to genital contact post or during penetration. There are actually three other Sliquid Swirl flavors, Cherry Vanilla. Green Apple, and Pina Colada. Now I want to try all four!

Much thanks to Trystology for letting me review Sliquid Swirl Blue Raspberry!

Vibrator Review: Nomi Tang Better Than Chocolate

Written by Scarlet Lotus St. Syr

Now, I am an avid chocolate fanatic, but I was still underwhelmed with the name of Nomi Tang, Better than Chocolate in general, as if chocolate would automatically win over normal vibrators? Sorry, no, I would choose getting off over chocolate just about any day of the week barring soreness or other impeding factors. The name aside I was intrigued by it’s ability to be used in a shower or bath and the innovative control strip used to set the vibration pattern. Unlike other reviewers I was able to get off with it and therefore it has strong enough vibrations for me, but being able to get off with it is only one part of the puzzle.

BtC comes in a small and elegant white box with a slip-cover and reminds me very much of other luxury toy packaging such as LELO or Njoy. The toy is presented well in the box, nestled in a divider and includes a product manual and white velvety bag beneath it. The storage bag is a little strange for the toy, in my opinion, the drawstring is on the long side rather than the short side of it and barely larger than the toy itself, which makes it odd to close.

The controlls of BtC really are fantastic. Instead of buttons or switches like most vibrators it is controlled by a touch strip. Onyx remarked that it’s what Apple would make if they weren’t prudes, of course. Well, it does have one power button on the opposite tip of it’s diamond-like shape which simply turns it on and off, very handy to have and much easier than having to cycle through the vibration patterns like some other toys require you to do.

There is a little Nomi Tang logo on the touch strip which lights up blue when the toy is turned on. A touch to the opposite end of the touch strip and the logo turns red indicating it is locked, and when there is water or lube covering the touch strip the logo turns purple indicating it has auto-locked. A touch over the logo on the strip changes the vibration pattern and depending on the pattern the light blink. By stroking your finger up or down the touch strip when it is not locked you can increase or decrease either the vibration strength or pulse speed depending on the vibration pattern. BtC has three vibration patterns: constant and two pulses.

The manual gives you all of the needed information, such as how to operate the unique controls of BtC, what the different colors mean, vibration pattern information, various tips, and that it can be submerged in water up to one meter (three feet), which is really quite awesome. I have used it in the bath a few times and it had no water or damage to the battery compartment when I did. I did notice some odd behavior when submerged, however. It would occasionally unlock on it’s own while under water even if I had manually locked it, causing the vibration pattern to change mid-use which was mildly annoying.

While I was able to get off with it, as previously mentioned, I wouldn’t say it was nearly as satisfying to play with as other toys. The vibrations just aren’t that strong, though they were stronger than I expected. If you don’t need much in the way of strength, however, you wouldn’t have a problem.

I was really disappointed that a vibrator of this elegant unique design and high luxury-toy price is not rechargeable. It is powered by two AAA batteries which directly contributes to it’s vibration strength or lack thereof. If it was rechargeable (or less expensive) I think that would fix the problems I have with it and make it that much more fantastic of a product.

LELO Tor… cock ring of thunder!

By Amber St. Clare

Introducing Tor. Swedish sex toy manufacturer LELO has come up with their take of the Norse mythological Thor, God of Thunder. You don’t have to be int Greek Mythology to enjoy the roaring thundering vibrations of Tor though, as this cock ring is luxe and functional. The newest addition to the LELO Homme line, LELO Tor boasts 6 vibration modes. Like all Lelo toys, this toy comes packaged in a sleek black Lelo gift box and comes with the limited 1 year warranty and user manual. Upon opening Tor, you’ll find the ring along with a case for it to store the toy when not in use (also perfect for traveling!). Tor is stylish, modern, and pretty sexy looking. Made of smooth black ABS plastic and body-safe TPE, gives the ring a smooth almost silicone-like feeling. The ring comes in two parts, the actual ring, which is firm yet stretchy and will stretch to accommodate a variety of dick sizes, and the top part of the ring, which is where the vibration magic happens. You simply grasp the ring in one hand, and slide the top of the ring on top until it clicks into place. Super easy to set up. On the top of the ring, on the side you’ll notice a + button, to control the vibration. You can browse through all 6 vibration settings to find what works best for you and your lover. Here is the really cool thing though, according to LELO, the Tor has a special “sixth sense” where the toy has a microprocessor which will adapt the vibration to the user’s desires. Not to mention that the toy is rechargeable, which means no fumbling with tiny watch batteries. You can plug Tor into the wall outlet using the charging port and allow the toy to power up, at a full charge it should allow up to 2 hours of use. I had a lot of fun testing out the different vibration settings on this toy, and like most Lelo toys, I really enjoyed the deep resonating feeling from it’s vibrations. I teased Tor on my nipples, down my belly, and across my clit. I found that the vibration control was easy to change with just the click of my thumb. I tried stretching Tor over one of my favorite phallic shaped dildos and it fit nice and snug, without being too tight, and I used the dildo with the added vibration of Tor. Nice! The great thing about Tor is that when having sex with your partner, this cock ring will provide stimulation to both the man and his partner. One of the best cock ring positions seems to be girl on top, to feel the vibration of the toy against the clit as you grinding up and down on top of your mate. You can effectively use it in many positions though, and thats the fun of trying! Not to mention, Tor will help your man hold his erection and can help to prolong the sex by making it take longer to bring the man to climax.

A lot of cock rings on the market today fall short of amazing, but with Tor, I really feel like Lelo is on to something! Their first cock ring Bo as awesome, but I think I like Tor even more. The added functionality of the vibration modes along with the style and design, just make it really ideal in my book. It also comes in two colors, Black and Purple. I like the fact that Tor can be used as a discreet vibrator, and that the toy is small enough to travel with. This toy would be awesome for couples who are looking to prolong their sex sessions or just want to try something new in the sack. Tor is luxurious, and I can’t help but have a huge crush on it. I think this is a toy that men and women alike will enjoy, and one that could easily be used solo or with a partner. A man could wear the cock ring while masturbating if he’d like, and a woman could used the vibrating head of Tor against her clit. So there are fireworks to be made either way. Ladies, if you want some thunder between your thighs during sex…call on Tor.
