Simply Blown Shudder Glass Dildo

I’m a big fan of the beautiful Simply Blown glass toys, they’re luxurious and gorgeous. So I was thrilled to be able to review this beautiful Simply Blown Shudder Dildo for Trystology. The Shudder glass dildo is made of a thick weighty glass that features a rippled body, and a slightly flared base. This toy comes in three sizes, Small-Large, and I got the medium size. It’s about 5 inches in length, with a diameter of 1.5 inches around. This toy is gorgeous. It’s stunning. It’s truly a fabulous glass toy. I love the shape and the color. Each piece is hand blown and the way the color blends through the inner part of the body is unique for each dildo. The tip of the toy is slightly tapered in the center, with a rounded head, and undulating ripples that move all the way down the toy, adding texture and stimulation during use. The base is slightly flared with a flat bottom. The outer edge of the entire toy shows mostly clear glass, with a lovely ribbon of green colored glass that spills throughout the inner core. this dildo is completely solid, no cheap feeling glass or hollow insides. This is a true luxury glass toy, you can feel it and see it. It’s the kind of quality I’ve come to see and expect from Simply Blown. The packaging features a slide out box, where the glass toy is pillowed in a plush foam material that holds the dildo securely in place, so it doesn’t move or shake around in the package. The outer box is gray and features the Simply Blown logo, along with a clear plastic window that lets the pretty glass toy show through. On the side of the box there is a small ribbon finger hole, where you can grab the ribbon and pull it out to reveal the toy. The ripples on the body of the shaft make for a lot of added texture and sensation when moving the toy in and out of your body, and you can feel it even more intensely when first inserting the toy, and then removing it. This toy can be used with any type of silicone you’d like, including silicone or oil. I used this toy with both a silicone lube, and also a water-based lubricant. Each worked wonderfully, and the feel of the lube against the smooth glass created great feelings when i inserted the dildo. Since this toy is glass, it can be boiled to be sanitized, and it’s also dishwasher safe. Alternatively you can wash it with anti-bacterial soap and water or a toy cleanser. Glass also holds temperature nicely, so placing the dildo in a fridge or warm bowl or water, will cool the glass down or warm it up. Glass warms to body temperature very nicely, so once inserted, it warms to the vagina fabulously. You can also use this toy anally with care, since it has a slightly flared base. The ripples on the toy will indeed make you shudder with pleasure, hence the name. The stimulation is great for those who enjoy textured toys, but way be too much for those who find textured toys to be a bit much. The ripples body catches wonderfully when used anally, as the ass squeezes around each and every ripple. I highly recommend using a condom over the toy is you use it anally, for easy clean up, or if you plan on sharing the toy with a partner. Vamp Silicone Talula Dildo

Cream, Caramel, and Chocolate! Take your pick. The Vamp Silicone Talula Dildo features a phallic cock and scrotum design that is sure to please. This dildo is made of 100% silicone, it’s smooth and soft, pliable, yet firm enough for thrusting. The base of the balls is flat, which is good for holding onto or setting the toy onto a surface, or using it with a dildo harness. I got the Talula Dildo in the Vanilla color, and it’s a light beige colored flesh-tone shade, with a smooth shaft and a rounded slightly tapered tip, with a nice round lip around the dildo tip. The dildo is also curved upward, which makes it good for G-spot stimulation, as well as giving a more realistic erection look if wearing the dildo in a strap-on harness. The dildo measures 6 inches in length, with a diameter of 1.5 inches at it’s thickest point. This is my first Vamp Silicone product, but from what I’ve seen they produce a nice variety of quality silicone toys. So I was very interested in trying the Talula for that reason alone, not to mention the interesting shape and angle of this specific realistic dildo. Talula comes packaged in a cylinder clear plastic container, with a black plastic lid that pops off to let you remove the toy. The container has a sleek Vamp Silicone logo on the front, and you can re-use the cylinder container for storage of the toy if you’d like as well.

This toy can be fully sterilized by boiling it, or it can be tossed into the dishwasher. It also can be cleaned with a water to bleach solution, anti-bacterial soap and water, or a toy cleanser or toy wipe. This toy should only be used with water-based lubricant, as a silicone lube could damage the silicone toy. With this toy’s base being flared at the balls, this means this toy is fine for anal play. This toy can be used during pegging or strap-on sex as well, and with it’s dimensions it should fit in about any dildo harness that offers a secure O ring. This toy stands up nicely because of the angle, so that when worn in a harness it will give the wearer a nice visible faux-boner. Review: Afterglow Toy Tissues

These wipes are awesome! I love having toy wipes on hand, especially when I can’t get to a sink to wash my toys properly. A nice wipe down to hold me over makes me feel better than having to skip a cleaning. I’m a clean freak when it comes to my toys, so these Afterglow Toy Tissues give me peace of mind when it comes to how clean my sex toys are. These wipes are made by Devine Toys, who also make sex toy storage boxes. Afterglow Toy Tissues are moist wipes that not only wipe down to cleanse a toy, but they are also anti-bacterial. Each wipe is thick enough to wipe down a dildo, vibrator, anal plug, or other adult toy. The wipes aren’t flimsy, and they don’t rip or tear during use. They have a mild scent when removed from the package, but it smells clean and doesn’t leave any after-smell on toys. Each wipe is large enough to use both the front and back of the toy tissue to a nice and easy clean-up.

These wipes are moist enough and do leave a little bit of foam as you wipe your toy down, but it doesn’t leave any visible residue on the toy. There is an antiseptic ingredient in the wipes that helps to clean bacteria, it also has oils and aloe in it to promote softness. These wipes are safe for silicone, glass toys, aluminum, and plastic. I used these wipes on toys made of all of those materials and the tissues haven’t damaged or scratched the toy’s delicate surface. Njoy Fun Wand Review

Behold, the Njoy Fun Wand. Admire it in all it’s steel glory. It’s beautiful, it’s sleek, it’s artistic, it’s orgasmic. I love Njoy, and I love steel toys. Good Clean Love recently gave their product packaging and products a makeover with a nice sleek green/white theme and new scents! I tried the Good Clean Love Lavender Rose Lubricant just recently and really liked the formula. Their lubricant is 100% vegan and free of animal products, it contains no parabens, no glycerin, silicone, or other icky chemicals. It’s so refreshing to find a lubricant that offers pure ingredients that are body-safe and eco-friendly. Their ingredient list consists of 7 items, that’s it. The formula is also condom safe, the formula isn’t tested on animals, non-sticky, and it’s latex safe. It’s made with organic ingredients so you can feel safe about what you’re putting on/in your body. I feel so confident when using this lubricant because I know exactly what ingredients are in the formula, rather than long ingredients names that sound like I’m in chemistry class.

Ingredients: Deionized Water, Agar, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Benzoic Acid, Natural Extratives and Flavors, Potassium Sorbate, Xanthan Gum.

Simple. Body-safe, and awesome. It contains aloe for a moisturizing effect, pure water, natural flavors and scents, and Potassium Sorbate which is a natural food preservative, and Xanthan Gum which is basically a food grade thickener/stabilizer.

From the looks of it, this product seems to contain no wheat or gluten so I think it’s also gluten-free! The formula is non-sticky, and doesn’t feel tacky on the skin. It’s safe for pregnant women to use, and it works as a great natural lubricant that can help with vaginal dryness. This particular variety of lube is scented with lavender and rose, so it’s slightly floral and soft and relaxing to smell. The formula also contains seaweed which is good for the skin, and all of the ingredients are edible, so this lube can be licked as well and used during oral sex.This makes for an awesome masturbation lube, and it’s compatible with all sex toy materials including glass, steel, silicone, and plastic. I like the thick feeling of the formula, it’s not not too runny, it stays put and glides nicely. It feels like more of a gel than a liquid, and it feels nice on the genitals. njoy Eleven Review for 11-11-11… Planning ahead!

Everyone who doesn’t have it – wants it. It’s the Eleven by njoy. Big brother to its siblings – the Fun Wand and Pure Wand, this big boy is more than a dildo. It’s a LELO product, so it’s pretty much a given that I would adore it.  I had been hoping that LELO would come out with a toy cleanser, so when I heard they released the LELO Antibacterial Toy Cleaning Sprayit became high on my list of products to review. This cleanser is compatible with all LELO toys, of course, but it’s also great for use on any other sex toy materials and brands. Not only does this spray cleanse, it’s also ph balanced, which is great for vaginas. This spray is also alcohol free, so it’s less drying than other cleansers. This is also good for the vagina. Happy vagina dance! Let’s get it straight from the source though, LELO has this to say about their awesome new spray:

“LELO’s Antibacterial Cleaning Spray contains active anti-microbial ingredients proven to kill 99.9% of all germs, while the addition of zinc salts reduces any chance of irritation. Awesome, huh? Not only does the spray cleanse the toy, it also kills germs and bacteria, as well as viruses and fungus! These types of germs lurk on toys used by both women and men, so this makes a great unisex cleanser for adult toys. How does the spray work? Just spray the toy you’d like to clean, let the formula sit on the toy for 5 seconds, then wipe the toy dry wit a lint-free towel. No need for a sink, no need for water to wash the formula off. Just wipe the spray off the toy and you’re all set. The formula is body-safe, however don’t get it in your eyes or swallow/lick it. Obviously. The formula comes in a 2 fl oz bottle, with a white plastic bottle with the LELO logo on the front. The bottle top is silver and lifts off to show the spray pump. The formula is easy to spray, and one spray will definitely work for a small to medium sized toy. A large toy or extra large toy may need 2 or 3 sprays.

Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Propylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Decyl Glucoside, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Sucralose, Sorbitol, Zinc Gluconate, Zinc Acetate, Zinc Lactate, Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Citric Acid, Disodium EDTA, Benzalkonium Chloride

Strangely ,this spray has “Dimethicone” listed as an ingredient, which comes from silicone, however this spray is safe for silicone toys. It also has Sucralose in it, which is an artificial sweetener (for example, Splenda is a sucralose sweetener), not sure why that is an ingredient either. Other than that, you can see that it’s made from water and anti-microbial ingredients. The LELO’s website says that it’s suitable for silicone, latex, and rubber toys. I did try it on a glass toy and aluminum as well and it was just fine. It’s up to you on whether you want to use the formula on those types of toys. Personally I adore this spray. It’s easy to use, it’s quality, it makes my toys look/feel/smell clean, and the bottle sits nicely on a bedside table and is small enough to take in your overnight bag or purse too.

Review: Papaya Toys Candy Stick Vibrator

I’ve had my eye on the candy colored vibrators from Papaya Toys for awhile now, so when the very awesome Pamela from PT asked me if she could send me a toy for review on my blog I couldn’t say yes fast enough. I chose the really fun looking Papaya Toys Candy Stick vibrator, a pretty vibrator that comes in three bright colors: Strawberry (Bright Pink), Apple (Bright Green), and Grape (Lavender). The swirled texture of the shaft of the toy reminds me of those old fashioned candy sticks and lollipops you can get at old time country stores. The handle of the toy featured a flat end where the control button is, and a slightly rounded side where you can wrap your hand around while you use the toy. The toy is made of soft silicone that is firm to the touch with also has a little bit of give to it, but it’s definitely a fantastic hardness that is great for thrusting. Even the packaging is cute!

The toy measures a full 10 inches, with about 6.5 inches of insertable length. As for with, this toy is a pretty large one, it measures in at 1 and 3/4 inches in girth. Since it’s a silicone toy, it’s meant to be used with water-based lubricant, and it can be cleaned with anti-bacterial soap and water and dried with a lint-free cloth. You can also use toy cleanser or toy wipes to wipe it down also. The toy comes with a user manual, and it’s own black satin storage bag for safe keeping. It also requires 2 AA batteries which can be inserted in the base of the toy, simply unscrew the endcap insert the batteries and screw the cap back on. When the cap is tightly secured it makes the toy waterproof and even submersible, so it’s just fine for bathtub, pool or shower play. The toy is control with the little bow-shaped button at the base of the toy. No having to worry about getting water or moisture into the buttons – they’re seamless! Easy to press as well. Press the button on the left side to turn the toy on, press it on the right to shut the toy off. Once the toy is turned on, you can press the button on the left again and browse through the different vibration patterns, which ranges from a pulsing vibration to steady vibration. Once you find a pattern that you like, pres and hold the button on the left to increase intensity of vibration to your liking. Press the button on the right to decrease the speed, or to go back to a different vibration setting.

The tip of the vibrator is slightly rounded, and the shaft is slightly curved near the tip, rather than being a completely straight vibe. This means you can go for some nice G-spot stimulation if you wish. You can also run the tip of the toy against your clit for external stimulation, or you can use the toy internally for vaginal stimulation (and G-spot stim). The base of the toy isn’t flared, so I wouldn’t suggest using this toy anally. I like the rounded swirls on the shaft of the toy, they remind me of smooth soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt. I love the bright colors of the silicone, and the fun shape and texture of the toy. This toy isn’t whisper quiet, but it’s not real loud either. You could use it behind a closed door without your roommate being any the wiser It also offers nice vibration, and fun vibration settings to browse through at just the click of a finger. This was my the first Papaya Toys vibe that I ever received, and i really look forward to trying out some of the other toys they have to offer, all in bright colors and all with just as fun and stimulating shapes as the Candy Stick!
